We need United States Senator’s to Speak up and Speak out!

I will always be honest and candid—I have nothing to hide. I can’t bring my mother back sadly after she lost her battle with Parkinson’s Disease, but I can fight to ensure that no one else has to endure what she did or what our family experienced. No one should ever feel as alone as we did during her battle.

That said, it is deeply frustrating to write, and write, and write—simply hoping for a U.S. Senator’s moment of time, literally just 3–5 minutes, virtual—only to receive so many “no” responses. To date, Senator Rick Scott is the only one who has stepped forward so far. I hope this changes as it is so important for every community and constituent countrywide. A Parkinson’s Disease cure is not political. We all want and need a cure.

We still have 90 US Senators to reach. From the bottom of my heart I hope Senator’s countrywide see this and respond because we need each and everyone in this cause.

Please call, email, message, and write your Senators and tell them this is an URGENT matter. The Parkinson’s community matters. Every voice matters. And believe me—we will be heard.

Sharon’s Son,

George
