Our Loveable Pets & Support! Pet Therapy works…

Here we highlight the most beautiful, cute, and loveable pets from the Parkinson’s Community and some in memory of those furry loved ones who we will never forget who shared the best of times through these battles with PD and so much more!

———————————————

Sharon’s Son, George & Family: Bella! She is the mascot for TogetherForSharon® and certainly makes our family smile during the good and certainly some tougher times…. She is part of our family.

And Carolina…. My support during tough times, and she is always by my side 24/7 and never judges me but only shows love…..  we need more like her in the world!

Mick Beaman, In memory of Dutchess….There are no words to describe what an incredibly smart, loving, empathetic, beautiful and happy girl Dutchess was. Her love for us & our family was intense…as was ours for her. Her sense of duty to take care of us was remarkable. We will miss her deeply.

Carl Beech. This is Douglas the cavapoo, fiercely intelligent yet thinks he is a wolf. We haven’t told him he is 75% toy poodle…

Amanda Dobrinski. This is Beetlejuice.  Say his name 3 times and yes, he will appear.  He would sleep with me like this every night before I was diagnosed.  Besides him I have 2 dogs and another cat. They are all my support animals.

Melissa Hrbcek. Meet Figaro. I call him Fig. He chose me after being rescued off the side of the highway alone. God’s timing is like no other. His fuzzy butt is full of mischief, curiosity, and cuddles, but he melts my heart ❤️ just what the Dr ordered.

Charlotte Juarez. Charlotte Juarez – More than a pet. This is my agility champion and best friend, Max, a day before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. I had just been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and wish he could have stayed on this journey with me.

Esther Labib-Kiyarash (Shakinginmyboots). His name is Yogi and he’s a rescue dog and loves to play…

Mark Millow. This is Bandit and CiCi.  They are brother and sister from the same litter, and I’m proud to be their Doggy Daddy!

Dominique Prins-König. Charlie is 2,5 years old and was rescued from the streets of Lesbos, the Greek island. It’s a very sensitive dog who likes to cuddle all day long! Thanks to Charlie I start the day with an hour walk every morning. I could not imagine our lives without Charlie in it anymore.
